SERVER_delFromHtpasswd

Description: Removes a user with password to a htpasswd file.
Parameter:

• : htpasswdFile: htpasswd file that contains user names and crypted passwords.
• : username: Name of the user to remove

Returns:

• : True if the new user was added sucessfully.
