SERVER_addToHtpasswd

Description: Adds a new user with password to a htpasswd file.
Parameter:

• : htpasswdFile: htpasswd file that contains user names and crypted passwords.
• : username: Name of the new user to add
• : password: The according password for the new user

Returns:

• : True if the new user was added sucessfully.
