SERVER_changeHtpasswd

Description: Changes the password of a user in a htpasswd file.
Parameter:

• : htpasswdFile: htpasswd file that contains user names and crypted passwords.
• : username: Name of the user to change
• : password: The according new password

Returns:

• : True if the password was changed sucessfully.
