hy
I have read the documentation about m23, but I have some question :
My problem is :
Who must have acces to Internet ? The client or the server ?
Because, at the end of installation server, m23 Server hasn't got all of debian's packets on his hard disk.
During the first installation, how the client download the complete system ? (kernel and packages like gnome, kde..)
I'm sorry if these questions are so simple, but I want to understand what I do.

Both of them. |
All the clients download packets to Debian's FTP ?
I think I will create a repository debian on server...
Do you think is a good idea ? Is it easy to use it ? |

No. They use the Squid proxy cache on the server. Every package is downloaded only once. But for DNS and NTP an internet connection is required.

I wouldn't do so. You will waste a lot of disk space and bandwitdh. The Squid cache is the better solution.
