The pool builder makes it possible to combine software packages from different media (CD, DVD, internet) on the m23 server and convert them to a package source. These package sources can be used to install clients. This can be done without an internet connection. It is possible too to add selfmade packages to the pool.
- Create a new pool: You can create a new pool by entering a name in the ”Pool name” and clicking on ”Add”.
- Delete or load a pool: Select a pool from the list ”Existing pool” and click on desired action.
- Used pool: In this section you can see information about the elected pool.
- Change description or type: You can add a description to the pool or change its type. Afterwards click on ”Save”.
- Package sources: The package sources are show that represent the package pool. Simply copy the lines to the package sources list, if you want to install a client from this pool.
- Next step: Click on the button to copy the packages or select the package source.
