Step by step

  1. Create a RAID drive:At ”Create RAID drive” choose a device name from the list ”RAID drive name”, then at ”RAID level” select the RAID level and click on ”Create RAID drive”. This device is a virtual multi device.
  2. Add partitions and drives: You can find all necessary functions for assigning partitions and drives to a RAID in the box ”Add drives and partitions to the RAID”.
    At ”RAID drive”, select the RAID drive and confirm by clicking on ”Select”. Assign a partition from the list below or the drive from the list ”Real drive or partition” to the RAID by clicking on ”Add to RAID”. The ”Assigned drives and partitions” displays the drives and partitions which are already assigned. It also allows you to remove partitions and drives from the RAID.
