CFreeIPAUser::parseCSV

Description: Parses a CSV file with information from the Schulverwaltungssoftware to add or change users in FreeIPA.
Parameter:

• file: CSV file to parse

Returns:

• true, if the user was added successfully, otherwise (error) messages from the FreeIPA API.
