CFDiskIO::addDevToRaid

Description: Adds a device (disk or partition) to the list of devices building the RAID.
Parameter:

• vrDisk: Virtual (internally used) RAID disk number.
• dev: Device to add to the RAID.

Returns:

• true, if the device could be added, otherwise false.
