CFDiskIO::getDevBypDiskpPart

Description: Returns device string with pDisk and partition number correctly combined.
Parameter:

• pDisk: Physical disk is written to (e.g. /dev/hda).
• pPart: Physical partition number (e.g. 1) or false (if there is no number in the dev).

Returns:

• Device string.
