CClient::__construct
Description:
Constructor for new CClient objects. The object holds all information about a single client and loads the values from the DB.
Parameter:
in: ID of an existing client (to load), name of an existing or nonexisting (to create) client or associative array of parameters.
checkMode: Check for the input variable.
