VM_CloudStackCheckConstants

Description: Checks, if the given constant values are valid.
Parameter:

• CLOUDSTACK_API_ENDPOINT: The API entpoint.
• CLOUDSTACK_API_KEY: The API key.
• CLOUDSTACK_SECRET_KEY: The secret API key.

Returns:

• true, when the constant values are valid otherwise false.
