Description: Adds an UCS client to the client preferences in m23.
Parameter:

• client: Client name.
• mac: The MAC of the client.
• ip: The client's IP address.
• netmask: The client's netmask.
• gateway: The client's gateway.
• dns1: The client's first DNS server.
