SERVER_putFileContents

Description: Stores a text to a file and changes it's mode, user and group.
Parameter:

• fileName: Name of the file to put the text to.
• text: The contents the file should have.
• mode: The access mode the file should have.
• user: The owner of the file.
• group: The owning group of the file.

Returns:

• true on success and false otherwise.
